How many photos do you take during a session?
This varies depending on the session type and pace of the event. On average, I capture between 200–300 images per hour. After the session, all photos go through a detailed culling and editing process, where I select only the best—typically around 30–50% of the total images taken.
For a one-hour portrait session, you can expect to receive approximately 30–75 fully edited images, delivered in both color and black & white.
What is your deposit policy?

Standard Sessions require a $100 deposit. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your session.

Weddings & Events require a percentage of the total contract as a deposit, specified in your booking agreement.
When will I receive my edited images?
My average turnaround time is 2–3 weeks. I edit all images in-house to ensure quality and consistency. During slower seasons, delivery may be even faster.
Editing is an essential part of my creative process—I don’t rush it. Every client receives the same level of care and attention, and edits are completed in the order of event dates.
What if you can't make it to my event?
The most common reason for rescheduling is weather. If we can’t find a mutually agreeable new date, I’ll be happy to recommend a trusted photographer—and your deposit will be fully refunded.
Do you offer anything for returning clients?
Absolutely—I love staying connected with families over the years! Many return each season, and I offer special discounts and promotions for returning clients. Referral perks include:

What should we wear to the shoot?
Wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable! Here are some tips:

Bright colors work great, especially for children.

Avoid heavy patterns or text on clothing—they can distract from the subject (you!).

Black tends to photograph poorly; I recommend lighter, vibrant colors.

Layering and color coordination (not matching!) always look great.

Avoid all products containing sunscreen, including makeup—it can cause washed-out or blurry images.

What is a session like?

How much time should we reserve?
I book by the hour, with no limit on the number of people. That said, for both formal and candid images, I recommend:

What is print permission?
With print permission, you are free to make unlimited personal copies of your images (for family, friends, holiday cards, scrapbooking, etc.). I retain the copyright to the images, but you have full rights for personal use.
Even with this option, I always recommend printing important pieces through me for best results.
